Thanks for the video. I used to have fast progress when it comes to
improving my art. But then something shitty happened to my life 6 years
ago. and ever since then i stopped creating any art work.I just started
again today, i want to go back to the basics, cuz i cant get the same
results out of my drawings anymore.. So thanks for making this channel and

I’m wondering how to create a new style of art that’s creative and out of
this world, How can i do this?
I am so glad I found this- all of what you say here in this video I
strongly agree with. Although I have been making progress drawing from
photos, it goes much faster when I draw from observation. The joy I find in
drawing is also driving my desire to improve at it, I will be in by the end
of October.
you should use more Leonardo Da Vinci examples and quotes because in my
opinion i believe that Leonardo is much better than Michelangelo. Seeing
that Leonardo had the ability to draw from memory and life.And not to
mention he was also an inventor. So in conclusion add more of Leonardo and
not so much Michelangelo. 🙂
I can`t believe that students nowadays don`t learn drawing or painting in
art schools or colleges, that`s insane!
I have a question – how exactly do you monitor student`s progress in
Drawing Academy?

I’m curious i’m currently attempting to self teach to create my folio to
gain entry to a entertainment design school (Art Centre) My question is; in
my attempts to practice and develop i started drawing/painting on photoshop
mainly when i decided i want to draw and as such my understanding in a
number of fundamentals across the board in some manner or another.
However would you advise that i focus on developing sketching and
fundamentals while i paint studies, (studies being 2-3 hours of Photo’s) to
understand Value and colour, while i practice figure drawing, proportion,
constructive drawing etc?
Or should I simply focus on core drawing and return to painting after i
have more understanding in the core aspects of drawing?
Because of this uncertainty i’m indecisive and it hampers my attempts to
practice, and as you said in your previous video i have currently enrolled
in an art course that isn’t teaching me fundamentals at all.
So If you have time any advice you could give would be most welcome, Again
