Hello Chris, I really loved your drawings and I wanted to ask you if you
could tell us how you do your characters’ body proportions because I have a
problem with it… especially the woman’s ones.

Thank you! :)

Samuel Nielson says:

I agree with Salem, I’m going to get one of your books but I’d like to know
the differences between some of them; for instance what’s the difference
between the Humongous Book of Cartooning (the one I’m probably going to
get) and Modern Cartooning? Your videos are a great help! I like to draw,
but I never got much into drawing cartoons, and it’s turning out to be a
lot of fun!

Christopher Hart says:

the “Humongous Book of Cartooning” is about all facets of cartooning, and
includes cartoon animals, whereas “Modern Cartooning” is much more about
specific techniques so you get into the nitty gritty of character design –
and it focuses on people… I hope that helps, and thanks for asking.

sammyeb2008 says:

Hip girl please!

Christopher Hart says:

Coming…

Thomas Stuart says:

this is hard 🙁

Samuel Nielson says:

That does help, thanks!

Salem Malibary says:

chris hart can you show us some overlook of your books?? because i’m
thinking to buy the cartoon once but i couldn’t see any page inside that
makes me buy 🙁

srishti Singh says:

thanx

Christopher Hart says:

The thing is — you tried it. So you have to give yourself credit for
reaching out of your comfort zone. Not everyone is willing to do that.
Nevertheless, I’ve got many more videos on my channel with drawings that
are easier to do. You may want to start there and work your way up. Thanks
for writing.
