I tried drawing cara; lets just say it ended up looking like trash.

corey taylor says:

your accent is your trademark bro, its cool

vintage nerd says:

hey,I love drawing and your drawings are absolutely amazing. But when I
draw,I can’t draw lines and do all these squares. The way I draw faces is
that I start off with the eye and then keep building off with that.I’ve
never been able to draw with lines but other artists do.

Yossel Rozzy Roz says:

Hey great job man, don’t worry about the speaking, you did great for a
first time and you were very informative. Peace out 🙂

AfricanLumbeeQueen says:

The artists on this “forum” were paying more attention to your drawing.
Speech critics on this forum were paying more attention to your words. From
one artist to another, What “speaking”, did I miss something? Excellent
drawing!!

twenty one pilots :3 says:

avoid drawing

Paige Was says:

Lol that wasn’t fair! I was drinking tea like “mmm maybe this will help me”
then he started going in, haha.

Bob Bobson says:

How long would a drawing like this normally take to complete?

Dave Casey says:

What you may find helpful with your speaking is to record the video with no
sound. Then go back and talk over the video, adding the soundtrack later.
What this will do is separate the act of drawing and the act of speaking.
A lot of people find it hard to be talking about what they are doing at the
same time they’re doing it. But adding a narration after the fact comes a
bit easier.

But, keep it up. We only get better through practice.

Rachel McMaster says:

Oh my lord this is pure amazing!!

Swastika Sengupta says:

Excellent….. thankyou

Volverine spyder says:

O olho direito ficou abaixo da linha de marcação.Ficou maior que o outro
olho.

Jason Daniel says:

Be more confident, man. You did well on this, and it was helpful. That bit
at the end where you talked down on yourself was unnecessary. (And please
don’t think I’m scolding you — I’m complimenting you!) Thanks for the
video!

Mirta Pither says:

Great video Chris. Thank you!

Blake Sleight says:

Cara Delevingne!

SoulCypress says:

There was a slight squint in her eyes, a sort of glare. It wasn’t in your
sketch. You lost the person behind the picture.

Adrianna Janette Dufour says:

Caraaaa <33

Mikiyah Middleton says:

To do the super black shading, did you use charcoal and black colored
pencils?

Jose Carrillo says:

I thought u start with the eyes first than everything else or doesn’t
really matter

David Mulej says:

Hey for the eyes you should’ve drawn the bottom part a bit closer up so it
would look like she is looking up but nice job man

Paige Mains says:

Where can you get all those pencils?

Shoshwoenikkwa Thomas says:

Using a dry paintbrush helps blending also

Deandra D'Souza says:

Hey Chris, U did a really great job! Absolutely amazing ! Ur techniques r
very good! Keep up the good work! Thanks! Im a self learner and beginner in
sketching. This really gave me insight on how to get things right!

Flip Flop TV says:

i made a sketch for my mom…………. and it doesnt even look like her

Melissa moss says:

please don’t apologize for your speaking, what you have just shared has
inspired me and taught me so much, you should be nothing but proud!!!!!

Rin Cassimira says:

Okay…now i kinda understand..so at first we should just draw the face
like usual..then after that we can draw similar to the photograph by adding
the exact details of the subject/object we draw that can make our drawing..
i was always confused on how draw portraits because people have different
type of face and putting those differences into the paper is difficult
..but you help me to find the clues..thank u :3

sorry for my bad English
